Thank you for choosing United Software Technologies. We stand behind the quality of our software development, web design, hosting, and marketing services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for eligible services and products.

What This Policy Covers

This policy applies to services and products purchased through United Software Technologies Corporation, including but not limited to:

• Custom software development projects
• Website design and development
• WordPress and application hosting plans
• SEO and digital marketing services
• AI integration services
• Pre-built software products (e.g., PageOne)

30-Day Return Window

You are entitled to request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or the date of service delivery, whichever is later. To exercise your right, you must notify us of your decision via email at contact@unitedsoftwaretech.com.

We will process your refund no later than 14 days from the date we receive and approve your return request. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Eligibility for Refunds

Services Eligible for Refund

• Hosting plans cancelled within 30 days of signup (prorated for unused time)
• Pre-built software products returned within 30 days of purchase
• Marketing service packages cancelled before any work has commenced
• Website or software development deposits, if no work has begun within 30 days

Services Not Eligible for Refund

• Custom software or websites where development work has already commenced and significant progress has been made
• Services that have been fully delivered and accepted
• Domain name registrations (domains are registered immediately and cannot be unregistered)
• Third-party licensing fees or subscriptions purchased on your behalf
• Services cancelled after the 30-day window has expired
• Work completed to your specifications that has already been deployed or delivered

Please include your order number, the service or product in question, and the reason for your return request.

Partial Refunds

In cases where work has partially been completed, we may issue a partial refund based on the percentage of work completed. We will provide a detailed breakdown of any deductions before processing the refund.

Hosting Services

For hosting plans (WordPress or application hosting):

• Cancellations within 30 days receive a full refund
• Cancellations after 30 days are not eligible for refund but may be credited toward future services
• We will assist with migrating your site elsewhere if you choose to cancel

Custom Development Projects

For custom software and website development:

• If no work has begun within 30 days of payment, a full refund is available
• If development has started, refunds will be assessed based on work completed
• All completed work, code, and assets remain your property even if a partial refund is issued

Marketing & SEO Services

For marketing and SEO service packages:

• Full refund available if cancelled before any work begins
• After campaigns or audits have been delivered, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis

Disputes
